IBISCUS Project

The objectives of the IBISCUS project (2010-2013) are 1) to investigate the fluorescence properties of target pollutants (PAHs, pesticides and fecal contaminations), 2) to develop miniaturized fluorescence sensors dedicated to the measurement of these pollutants, and 3) to integrate these sensors onto autonomous marine platforms such as underwater gliders. This project, labelled by the Competitivity Cluster Mer PACA, has been co-funded by the projects FUI-SEA EXPLORER, Eco-Industrie VASQUE and CNRS EC2CO.
